Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Due to the nature of alcoholic products, returns are only accepted if the product is unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging. No returns will be accepted for opened products. To be eligible for a return, you will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent to the following address : SAINTE HARMONIE BAIJIU FRANÇAIS - 125 Chem. des Plattes, 69270 Fontaines-Saint-Martin, France. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, with supporting photos at : contact@sainte-harmonie-baijiu.com, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Opened alcoholic beverages cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. We also do not accept returns of gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

 

14-day cooling-off period (European Union)

If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
