Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Sainte Harmonie may not be able to accept cancellation requests once the order is confirmed. In the event that we change, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

We decline all liability for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs formalities, or any event beyond our reasonable control. As soon as products are handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss are transferred to you.

Sainte Harmonie is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sale or purchase made in our Store is conducted directly with Sainte Harmonie. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and Sainte Harmonie, including any damages, harm, or losses resulting from the products or services purchased. We will notify you of any claim covered by this indemnity, provided that a failure to give prompt notice shall not relieve you of your obligations unless you are substantially prejudiced thereby. We may assume the defense and settlement of any claim at your expense, including the selection of legal counsel, but we will not settle any claim involving non-monetary obligations on your part without your consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld).
