Shipping policy

ORDER PREPARATION

Orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in France within 2 to 5 business days following payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped.

SHIPPING WITHIN MAINLAND FRANCE

Shipping within mainland France is handled by our partner carrier. Estimated delivery times are 2 to 4 business days after shipment. Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and destination, and are displayed before you validate your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to many countries worldwide. International delivery times vary between 5 and 15 business days depending on the destination. International shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. Customs duties or local taxes may apply depending on the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are always borne by the customer and are calculated based on the weight of the package and the country of delivery. The exact amount is specified prior to the final validation of your order.

MANDATORY DISCLAIMER

In compliance with French regulations, every package containing alcoholic beverages is accompanied by a commercial document stating: "Ventes à distance de produits soumis à accise" (Distance sales of products subject to excise duty).
